  • All blinds thoroughly dusted

  • Internal glass doors cleaned
  • Bath, showers, basins, sinks and fittings cleaned and sanitised

SILVER VACATE CLEAN

The Silver Vacate Clean is designed to cover the essentials in vacating a property, this clean is a thorough clean and will leave the house in great condition. It is suitable for both end of lease cleans and after the sale of a property.
The Silver Vacate Clean includes:

BRONZE VACATE CLEAN

The Bronze vacate clean has been designed as a thorough but basic clean for a property which is in above average condition, it is ideal for the client who has sold their property and just wants the property looking clean and tidy for the new owners.
The Bronze Vacate Clean includes:
  • Cornice cobweb removal
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Vacuuming and mopping all hard floors
  • Dusting all window sills, ledges and skirting boards
  • External surfaces of oven and stove-top cleaned
  • All kitchen cupboards wiped
  • Stainless steel kitchen sink, bench tops and splash-backs cleaned
  • Shelving and drawers in built in robes and linen closets dusted
  • General dusting done to ceiling heights in all rooms
  • Toilet, basins, mirrors and fittings etc cleaned and sanitised
  • Clean shower base, walls and fittings
  • Light fittings and Venetian blinds dusted
  • Spot clean around door handles and light switches

For an additional charge to the packages Cleanrite also offers the following services to tailor make your vacate clean to suit your property and budget.

Terms and Conditions

  • A separate study/office room must be calculated as a bedroom
  • Prior to cleaning, all areas must meet normal hygiene standards and be free of all personal effects/rubbish. Additional charges may apply
  • Additional charges apply if property is not vacant or unfurnished
  • All prices include travel within 50km radius of Perth CBD. Travel outside this area is calculated at $1.50/km from CBD
  • No liability shall result from delay or incompletion caused by circumstances beyond the control of CLEANRITE. Additional charges may apply
  • Whilst due care will be taken, CLEANRITE is not liable for damage caused to property , chattels, and other items as a result of work carried out
  • Rubbish removal excludes hazardous materials and items not accepted at standard refuse sites
  • Windows deemed unsafe to access are in violation of CLEANRITES OH & S policy and will not be cleaned
  • Wall cleaning excludes nicotine affected walls and ceilings. Additional charges apply to nicotine affected areas
  • Whitegoods includes one refrigerator, one microwave, one washing machine and one dryer
